Is it June already?? Where has the time gone??
So...where do I begin...
...Talbot has had his shoulder surgery and is on the way to recovering. It is slow process.
...The van we got decided to be flammable when Talbot and the boys were in it. With the recovering shoulder, he had a choice...put the fire out or pick which kid to save because he knew that he would have a hard time getting both kids out. He put the fire out and now Talon has a great story to tell you.
...I have 9 days left before my summer begins (YEAH!!)
...We took the fam camping very rustically for Memorial Day. It was a blast! Archer had an invisible wall around his sleeping bag play area because he wouldn't put his hands on the foresty ground. It was amazing! It made keeping an eye on a 9 month old who never stays in one place at home much easier!!
...Archer is growing like crazy. He now has five teeth and is working on more. He will stand and take a few steps.
...Talon doesn't want to be potty trained...FRUSTRATING!!
...Zane is excited for summer. He really wants school to be over!
...Still sewing on the cloth diapers so of course we have not made the switch over yet...there is just too much to do....
Well, that is it for now....
...Oh, and we are 17 weeks pregnant with our fourth boy!!!

Crazy Life
So it has been almost a month and so much has happened....well, you be the judge....
*Lots of phone calls for birthdays and anniversaries (March is a very busy month for my family)
*A trip to Florence with Alyssa, Troy, us, and Collettee (Alyssa's friend) which meant Archer's first time at the beach...Zoey's too... I will post pics soon
*Buying a van (it's used but it works for us) so that we and all of our stuff will fit when we need to go somewhere
*A trip to Florence the next weekend with just us to spend the weekend with Talbot's brother and Dad...another two trips to the beach and more pics
*A phone call that Talbot's 81 year old grandmother had moved on to her next life
*Spring Break trying to get everything cleaned up at the house as well as helping out with a funeral where we could
*A trip to Redmond for a funeral and to help Talbot's mom pack up a house and get a storage unit
*Driving back from Redmond with a truck full of stuff and an extra passenger (Talbot's mom is currently staying with us and other family members for awhile)
*A trip to AZ for Troy and Alyssa so that she could be with her grandfather who is not doing well
*Thankful that Talbot's mom is staying with us to help watch kids while I am at work and Talbot has his appointments for his shoulder
*Another trip to Redmond for Talbot and his brother to finish getting everything squared away at Grandma's (now Talbot's mom's) house...this one in the lovely snow storm on the mountain
*Deciding to make the switch to cloth diapers and finding the pattern and getting all of the supplies to make them (now I just have to get them made...they are mostly ready to be cut out so that I can sew them)
*A calling in scouting that keeps me busy every Wednesday, the first Thursday of the month, and the second Friday of the month
*And finally the usual suspects that occur when you have a family of three, a family of five, and a mom-in-law in residence.
So what do you think...is that crazy enough for you?

Scouts...
So, we were able to go to our first pack meeting as parents of a wolf cub last month. It was our blue and gold. We celebrated the scouting birthday with a big party. As a webelos leader (that would be Nila), my co-den leader and I got to make a game. The boys really enjoyed being able to play all the different games. Zane even forgot his shyness and introduced himself in front of about 150 people! I will have to take a picture of us in our uniforms for you all to see. We are excited for the pine wood derby. It should be a fun experience for Zane and Daddy. I think the rest of us will enjoy it too!!
